How it works

Three steps, about two minutes.

Step 01

Download the kit

Drop your email above and grab the PDF. The prompt and the how-to guide are inside, ready to copy.

Step 02

Paste the prompt and your notes

Open the AI tool you already pay for, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, paste the prompt, then drop in your messy discovery notes.

Step 03

Read the draft

You get a structured proposal draft, a missing-info list, scope risks, and a review checklist. Not a finished proposal, a strong first draft you review and send.

A quick look

Messy notes go in. A safer first draft comes out.

The point is not to make AI sound clever. It is to stop sending proposals with hidden assumptions, undefined scope, and missing facts.

Messy note in

"Client wants SEO and a website refresh, maybe ads too. Budget around $8,000. Wants to launch before Q4. Not sure who owns the content."

What is unsafe about this

  • SEO, website, and ads are not clearly separated.
  • The budget may not cover everything the client mentioned.
  • Content ownership is unclear, which can delay launch.
  • The proposal could accidentally include work you did not price.

Kit output

Extracted facts Website refresh, SEO interest, possible paid ads, about $8,000 budget, launch before Q4.
Missing questions Who owns copy and content? What platform is the current site on? Is ads budget included in the $8,000 or separate?
Scope risks "Maybe ads" is not a scope item. It needs to be excluded, phased, or priced separately.
Recommended structure Lead with a phased web-first proposal, include launch SEO, and park ads as an optional later phase.
Pre-send reminder Review the numbers, assumptions, timeline, exclusions, and claims before anything reaches the client.

Illustrative example only. Your output depends on the notes you provide and still needs human review.

What you actually get

A guided drafting kit you can use today, not one loose prompt.

Most free AI prompts are a single paragraph with no guardrails. This kit gives you the prompt, the instructions, and a worked example, so you can test the mechanism on your own discovery notes in a couple of minutes.

Inside the PDF

  • The Agency Proposal Prompt, copy-paste ready.
  • A short guide for feeding it better discovery notes.
  • A worked before/after example.
  • A pre-send review checklist.

What it helps you do

  • Turn messy discovery notes into a structured first draft.
  • Pull out the facts buried in the notes.
  • Surface the questions you forgot to ask before you send.
  • Flag obvious scope risks and pricing gaps.
Quick answers

Before you grab it.

Is the kit really free?

Yes. Enter your name and email and you can download the PDF on the next screen, no payment. I will also email you a copy. It is the generic version of the system I build for agencies; this kit is yours to keep either way.

Who makes the kit?

I'm Vlad Gundorin, founder of Simplify AI Academy. I spent years in systems and automation, taking work that depended on one person in the room and turning it into a process that runs without them. I now do that for agency owners, starting with the proposal. This free kit is the exact prompt and approach I build from, so you can put it to work today before you ever talk to me.

You mention a Proposal Engine in the video. What is that?

The kit is the do-it-yourself version: my prompt and approach, yours to run today. The Proposal Engine is the done-for-you version I build and tune to one agency's services, pricing, and voice, so your messy discovery notes become a near-final draft in minutes. You do not need it to use the kit, and the kit works fully on its own. If you want the built-for-you version after you have tried the kit, I will point you to it in the emails that follow.

Which AI tool do I need?

Any of the major assistants: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or a Copilot equivalent. The version you already use is enough to run the prompt. A paid plan gives the best output but is not required to try it.

Will this write a finished proposal I can send as-is?

No, and it should not. It writes a strong first draft you review and edit. You stay the decision-maker and approve before anything reaches a client.

What will you do with my email?

Send you the kit and occasional emails about getting more out of AI for proposals. Unsubscribe anytime. The details are in the Privacy Policy linked below.

Try it on your next proposal.

Grab the free kit, paste it into your AI tool with your next set of messy notes, and watch it draft. Two minutes to see whether it earns a place in how you work.
