Agency AI Control Sprint | Simplify AI Academy
This page is informational for agencies considering the Sprint. Enrollment requires an application first.
Application for the Sprint

Install three AI-assisted systems to sell the work, protect the work, and manage the week.

The Agency AI Control Sprint is a 15-business-day implementation sprint that installs three practical systems around your real agency work: Proposal Engine, Scope Control System, and Weekly Owner Summary. Apply for the sprint first. If fit is confirmed, you receive the agreement and private payment link.

Applying does not guarantee enrollment. If the Sprint is not the right fit, I may recommend the Free Review, the $750 Audit, or no engagement. Payment is only opened after fit is confirmed, the agreement is signed, and required next steps are clear.

Price$4,000 after fit approval
Timeline15 business days after materials are complete
FormatFit call required
Before enrollment

The fit call decides whether the Sprint, Audit, Free Review, or no engagement is the right next step.

This is not a sales call for everyone. It is a short qualification call to protect both sides from a bad-fit implementation.

01

Confirm the bottleneck

We identify whether the real issue is proposals, scope control, weekly visibility, or something outside the Sprint.

02

Check the materials

We confirm you have real agency workflow material to use. No real material means no Sprint.

03

Choose the right path

If the Sprint is right, you receive the agreement and private payment link. If not, you may be pointed to the Free Review, the $750 Audit, or no engagement.

The problem this solves

Most owner-led agencies do not have an AI problem first. They have a workflow clarity problem.

The founder is still rewriting proposals, clarifying scope, reviewing client-facing work, and reconstructing the week from memory. AI tools can help, but only when they are installed around the actual way the agency sells, protects, and manages work.

This sprint installs the operating pieces first before any automation is considered.

The three systems installed

Three practical systems, built around real agency work.

Each system has a purpose, input structure, output standard, Mini Quality Gate, and usable definition. That matters because vague AI output is just another founder review burden.

1Proposal Engine

Turn messy discovery into an owner-ready proposal package.

Purpose: Turn messy discovery notes, transcripts, or call summaries into an owner-ready proposal package.

Includes
  • Discovery Intake
  • Sales Facts Extractor
  • Scoped Offer Recommendation
  • Proposal Draft
  • Scope Risk Pass
  • Proposal Quality Pass
  • Owner Approval Checklist
  • Final proposal outline
  • Instructions for use
Usable when: It turns one real discovery note, transcript, or call summary into an owner-ready proposal package the owner rates 7/10 or better after one revision pass.
2Scope Control System

Catch vague scope before it leaks margin.

Purpose: Catch unclear requests, unpaid extras, approval gaps, assumptions, and delivery-phase scope creep before they leak margin.

Includes
  • Project Boundary Map
  • Included work language
  • Excluded work language
  • Optional add-on menu
  • Client responsibilities
  • Assumptions list
  • Revision and approval rules
  • Change request classifier
  • Scope creep risk questions
  • Client-safe boundary language
  • Outside-scope response templates
Usable when: The owner can take one real unclear client request or active project and name what is included, excluded, optional, assumed, at risk, and what client-safe response should be sent.
3Weekly Owner Summary

Turn scattered weekly activity into a founder decision dashboard.

Purpose: Turn scattered weekly activity into a clear founder decision dashboard.

Includes
  • Weekly input template
  • Client risk snapshot
  • Delivery bottleneck summary
  • Scope creep watchlist
  • Proposal and pipeline status
  • Team handoff issues
  • Stuck decisions
  • Top 3 owner decisions
  • Next-week focus
  • Time Saved and Proof Tracker update
Usable when: The owner can fill in a simple weekly input and receive a structured summary that identifies at least one real decision, risk, or bottleneck they would otherwise have had to reconstruct manually.

How the sprint works

A clean five-step path from fit call to handoff.

Confirm fit

You apply first. The fit call confirms whether the Sprint, Audit, Free Review, or no engagement is the right next step.

Receive the private agreement and payment link

If fit is confirmed and the Sprint is accepted, you receive the agreement and private payment link. No public checkout is available.

Sign agreement and submit materials

The sprint starts only after fit is confirmed, the agreement is signed, payment is completed, and required materials are submitted.

Install the three systems

We install Proposal Engine, Scope Control System, and Weekly Owner Summary around real agency workflows.

Test, revise, and hand off

Each system is tested on real material, revised once if needed, and handed off with usage instructions and a 30-day usage plan.

Required materials

What you need to submit before the timeline starts.

  • One real discovery note, transcript, proposal draft, or proposal situation
  • One active or recent client/project with scope clarity issues
  • Examples of current proposal or client-facing workflow material
  • Notes on common client requests, revisions, or scope creep patterns
  • Weekly activity inputs or examples of how the founder currently tracks decisions
  • Any current templates, SOPs, or proposal language already used by the agency
Timeline note: The sprint timeline begins only after required materials are submitted. Incomplete materials may delay delivery.
Confidentiality note. You may submit redacted material when needed. Client material is used only for your review and implementation, never to train AI models, and should not include unnecessary sensitive data.
Fit

This sprint is not for everyone.

Good fit

  • You have existing clients and real delivery work
  • The founder is still heavily involved in proposals, scope review, or weekly decision tracking
  • You can provide real workflow material before the sprint begins
  • You want practical systems before custom automation
  • You are willing to test the systems during the sprint
  • You want a focused install, not open-ended consulting

Not a fit

  • You have no client workflow material to submit
  • Your main problem is lack of leads or pipeline
  • You want custom automation immediately
  • You want CRM or proposal software implementation
  • You want general AI training for your whole team
  • You want unlimited consulting instead of a focused sprint
  • You are unwilling to complete between-session assignments
Implementation guarantee

A work-gated, fix-first implementation guarantee

This is not a satisfaction guarantee, revenue guarantee, adoption guarantee, or change-of-mind refund. It is a work-gated, fix-first implementation guarantee.

A system is considered usable if it meets the agreed usable definition for that system after one revision pass.

If one core system still does not meet its usable definition after the remediation pass, the remedy applies only to that failed system. The client may receive additional correction work or a partial refund tied to that system.

A full refund applies only if all three core systems fail their usable definitions after the client has completed all required participation steps and after one remediation pass has been completed.

The guarantee applies only if the client:

  • Submits all required materials before the sprint starts
  • Attends all 3 implementation sessions
  • Completes between-session assignments
  • Tests each system on real agency workflow material
  • Uses the systems as instructed during the sprint
  • Gives one written revision request tied to the system’s usable definition
  • Allows one remediation pass before requesting any refund

The guarantee does not apply if the client:

  • Changes their mind
  • Decides not to use the systems
  • Fails to submit required materials
  • Misses sessions
  • Skips assignments
  • Does not test the systems on real material
  • Requests excluded work
  • Wants custom automation, software setup, or consulting outside the agreed sprint scope
  • Rejects the systems without giving one written revision request and one remediation opportunity
  • Measures success by revenue, sales, team adoption, or business outcomes outside the agreed usable definitions

Full guarantee terms should be listed in the Agency AI Control Sprint Guarantee.

Private enrollment

Think the Sprint may be the right fit? Apply here.

This short application takes about 3 to 5 minutes and confirms whether a private Sprint Fit Call is the right next step. You will not be asked to book or pay here. Applications are reviewed first, then the right next step is sent by email. If another path is better, I may recommend the Free Review, the $750 Audit, or no engagement.

Fit criteria

The Sprint is for owner-led agencies ready to improve real workflows.

A strong application usually has these traits:

  • Owner-led service agency with active clients.
  • Founder, owner, partner, or final decision maker is applying.
  • There is a clear bottleneck in proposals, scope control, weekly visibility, or founder review.
  • There is real workflow material to build from.
  • The $4,000 fee is understood before a call is offered.
  • The agency is willing to participate between sessions and test the installed systems on real work.
May not be the right first step: broad business strategy, custom automation builds, CRM rebuilds, or a general AI brainstorming call.
Material safety: Do not submit sensitive client data through this form. The application is for qualification only. Actual materials should be shared only through the approved intake path after fit is confirmed.
Step 1

Contact and agency basics

This is enough to know who is applying and whether this is an agency context.

Step 2

Problem fit

This checks whether the Sprint solves the kind of bottleneck you actually have.

Keep it plain: time waste, slow sales, margin leaks, founder bottleneck, client confusion, missed decisions, or team dependency.
Step 3

Readiness

This keeps the call reserved for agencies that can actually move forward if there is fit.

Step 4

Required acknowledgments

These set expectations before any fit call, agreement, or payment step.

Optional

Anything else?

This is optional. Do not submit sensitive client data here.
